Junior Sustainability Consultant (FR)

What you will be doing

• Advise architects, project developers and engineers in designing sustainable buildings

• Coordinate and evaluate sustainability certifications such as BREEAM, WELL,…; guide your team on performing energy, comfort and material studies (LCC, EPB, daylight and thermal dynamic simulations, LCA,…)

• Contribute to the contents of large, multidisciplinary projects, autonomously managing projects from A to Z (organization, timing, budget)

• Analyse and consolidate the multiple studies in general sustainability and circular economy advise for the project. You are the client’s SPOC and motivate your client to go the extra sustainable mile.
