As a Transformation Consultant, you’ll join our paid 2-year NXTGen Traineeship, after which you will integrate our Projective consulting team.

• Support large-scale transformation projects across domains like digital, agile, data, and risk

• Collaborate closely with clients to assess needs and define future-state operating models (TOM)

• Help implement new systems, tools, or processes that boost efficiency and performance

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines

• Report on project progress and coordinate with key stakeholders

• Design and drive change/adoption strategies for successful transformation

• Support Agile, DevOps, and Lean implementations

• Deliver training and knowledge sessions on new tools and frameworks

• Create compelling presentations and reports to bring your insights to life
