You will join our Banking & Finance Expertise Group as a Junior/Medior Associate.

Our Banking & Finance department is one of the most renowned in Belgium. It handles a wide range of banking and finance matters. The transactional practice focuses on international structured finance, real-estate finance, project finance (in the field of energy and infrastructure), acquisition finance, securitizations and capital market transactions. The regulatory practice advice on all regulatory matters including sustainable finance and digital finance.

Your profile:

• You hold a master’s degree in Belgian law with a very good academic record;
• You have between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in transactional finance in a Belgian law firm of good repute;
• You have an excellent oral and written proficiency in Dutch or French, a good passive knowledge of the other language; and an excellent command of English;
• You work proactively and you are result driven;
• You are a team player, and you communicate easily and effectively with your colleagues and clients;
• You are able to perform in-depth and creative analysis and to find pragmatic solutions that meet your clients’ requirements;
• You are eager to further develop your skills in a challenging and international working environment.
