Je beheert en volgt lopende dossiers zelfstandig op, neemt tijdig actie waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan een proactief juridisch beleid dat risico’s en geschillen helpt voorkomen. Je ondersteunt contractonderhandelingen en de behandeling van geschillen, voornamelijk in het kader van aanneming, vastgoedontwikkeling en samenwerkingsverbanden. Daarnaast analyseer je de juridische implicaties van klantenrelaties en organisatievormen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de juridisch directeur.
