Job Title: Lead Expert Automation & Creation Laboratory City, Country: Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium Hybrid/Remote/On Site : On site We are seeking a 'Lead Expert Automation & Creation Laboratory' to lead our creation lab team and responsible for managing daily operations. Your key responsibilities: Manages Lab Staff in the daily operation (Flavor Compounding) and provides guidance and training in the relevant field Ensure sample production are done in a safe and controlled environment following established protocols Daily management of workload of the creation lab compounder team Ensure daily operation of a state-of-the-art compounding robot including maintenance, trainings and improvements Build efficient working relationships with Flavorists, Application, and other dsm-firmenich groups and relevant external partners Manually weigh flavor compound primarily for the beverage sector We bring Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards. You bring A technical background and experience in automation and/or digitalization in a lab environment is a plus Prior experience (3years +) working in compounding/mixing in a lab environment Strong team management skills with the desire to see the team grow and improve Fluent in English and French required A strong Improvement mindset with organizational skills for work distribution and workflow organization A spirit of initiative and drive for progress, contributing to our collective success as you are empowered to take ownership.
