Location: Sint Truiden - Ideally 2 days per week in our Limburg HQ

You'll work closely with leadership and external law firms, ensuring our legal operations keep pace with our ambitions.

• Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers.

  • Ensure contracts are aligned with InTouch’s business goals and mitigate risks.

  • Develop standardized templates for frequently used agreements to streamline processes.

• Liaison with External Law Firms:

  • Collaborate with external counsel on complex legal matters, including intellectual property (IP), compliance, and tenders.

  • Ensure efficient communication and alignment between internal teams and external legal partners.

• Tender Support:

  • Assist with legal aspects of tenders, including compliance checks, reviewing terms and conditions, and addressing specialized cases.

  • Provide strategic input to strengthen our position during tender negotiations.

• GDPR & Corporate Governance:

  • Oversee legal aspects of GDPR and corporate governance, ensuring regulatory compliance across all operations.

  • Manage shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and other corporate documents.

• Intellectual Property (IP):

  • Protect and manage InTouch’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

  • Address IP challenges and ensure our innovations are safeguarded in the market.

  Risk Mitigation & Compliance:

  • Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, tender laws) and their impact on the business.

  • Proactively identify risks and provide actionable solutions.

• Internal Legal Advisor:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all legal questions within the company.

  • Provide training and guidance to teams on contract management and compliance.
