Life Insurance data tester within the Life Insurance division to join the "BUSINESS CHANGE & MONITORING" team to support the portfolio migration project or commercial developments projects. This team of 10 people specialized in individual and collective life insurance consists of 3 types of functions: Actuaries, Business Analysts, and testers.

Your Responsibilities:

The project aims at migrating individual life insurance policies

Data testing

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for data validation activities.
• Execute manual and automated data testing procedures.
• Document evidence of testing and ensure full coverage of test scenarios.
• Design and implement automated programs and queries to support efficient testing.
• Collaborate with business owners to validate test results and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Prepare and manage test data using mainframe systems for various testing phases.

Support testing transversal testing activities

• Review and challenge testing activities from other data migration phases to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support in defect root cause analysis

Test coordination

• Provide regular progress reports on data testing activities and outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Support business in data request

- Imperative knowledge in life insurance

- Proven successful experience in data analysis and/or data testing

- Proficiency in SQL or other query languages for data validation.

- Knowledge in life insurance migrations

- Strong commitment to project quality and deadlines. A "can-do" attitude and flexibility.

- Autonomous and proactive in finding solutions to obtain necessary information.

- University degree in data, mathematics, economics or equivalent experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector

- Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

- Structured, organized (good priority management), and pragmatic.

- Strong adaptability and learning ability

- Effective communication with all audiences (actuaries, IT experts, management, etc.).

- Client and results-oriented.
