Logistics Technology Senior Consultant

Job Opportunity: Senior Consultant – Logistics Technology

• Lead client engagements, gathering requirements and defining logistics transformation strategies.
  




• Assess existing warehouse, transportation, and order management processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities.
  




• Design and implement tailored solutions across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Order Management Systems (OMS).
  




• Advise clients on best practices, digital trends, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
  




• Manage work streams or projects, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.
  




• Guide and mentor junior consultants and project team members.
  




• Support system integration, deployment, and change management activities to enable smooth adoption.
  




• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field (professional certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus).
  




• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or technology consulting.
  




• Hands-on experience implementing fulfillment technologies such as WMS, TMS, OMS, yard management, or real-time visibility platforms.
  




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to link business needs to technical solutions.
  




• Proven leadership experience, including managing teams or work streams.
  




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  




• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  




• Flexibility to travel when projects require.
