What will you be doing?






In a role that's both dynamic and impactful, you'll find yourself at the forefront of driving change and innovation in the telecommunications sector. In a typical day, you might:

 

  • Lead and Mentor: Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship for optimal performance and professional development.
  • Encourage Talent: Foster dialogue and encourage colleagues to develop their talents on a personal level, creating learning opportunities and supporting long-term growth.
  • Develop Tailored Solutions: Implement solutions to optimize processes, enable digitization, and facilitate seamless transitions within client organizations.
  • Drive Customer Relationships: Cultivate client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and secure engagements.
  • Monitor and Enhance: Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings and deliver innovative solutions.








What do you bring to the table?






We're looking for someone who:

  • Education and Experience: Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrates a track record of delivering exceptional performance and driving results transformation projects within the telecommunications industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Shows the ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable insights, and implement practical solutions, with a strategic mindset.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Has extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices in the telecommunications sector.
  • Language Proficiency: Is fluent in either French or Dutch as a native language, with an extended knowledge of the other language, along with strong proficiency in English.
