What you're going to do:

While there is rarely a "typical" day as a Marketing and Communication Manager, here's a look at some of your main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans to support business objectives in industrial insurance. 

• Lead initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market positioning. 

• Drive and support creation of content for various channels (e.g. digital platforms, thought leadership, press releases and internal communications), at both the pan-European and local levels. 

• Create, implement and drive strategic initiatives, campaigns and events in cooperation with relevant stakeholders internally and externally. 

• Ensure consistent messaging and tone across internal and external communication touchpoints. 

• Collaborate with sales, underwriting and leadership to align marketing/communication strategies with commercial goals. 

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation. 

• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors as needed. 

• Contribute to the development of KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting.

What you will need:

For this role, you must have the following qualifications and demonstrated experience: 

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing functions for business services

• Fluent in Dutch and English. And a good understanding of French.

• Knowledge of the insurance market is a plus

• Experience in multi-channel operational marketing

• Experience in brand management/development

• Ability to develop creative content (infographics, videos...)
