Marketing & Communication Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communication Manager to develop and optimize data-driven, omnichannel marketing campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and business growth. You will combine strategic marketing, digital innovation, AI, and customer journey optimization in an Agile environment to deliver measurable commercial results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated omnichannel marketing and communication campaigns.

Translate customer insights and market data into high-impact marketing strategies.

Optimize digital customer journeys, lead generation, and conversion performance.

Manage marketing projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration.

Design and improve end-to-end customer journeys using CRM and lifecycle management.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize results.

Leverage AI, predictive analytics, and Agile methodologies to improve marketing effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize campaign impact.

Requirements

Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, preferably within the financial sector.

Strong knowledge of performance marketing (SEO, SEA, programmatic), Google Analytics, CDPs, CRM, and customer journey optimization.

Experience managing communication strategies and marketing projects.

Familiarity with Agile working methods; experience with Adobe Automation is a plus.

Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred.

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).

Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills with an interest in AI-driven marketing.
