Maximo Application Engineer

Your responsibilities

Development

• With strong communication skills and a solid technical background, you work closely with the Maximo team to translate business requirements into clear actions and improvements for the application.

• You collaborate with integration partners to ensure correct alignment of endpoints, data mappings and interfaces between Maximo and other business applications.

Service Delivery

• Together with the Maximo functional and technical team, you help safeguard operational quality and provide 2nd‑line support to the business.

• By gaining a solid understanding of DEME’s Maximo environment, you proactively identify issues and contribute to stable and reliable application performance through maintenance and configuration changes.

• You document system changes and share knowledge in line with DEME’s ITIL-based service processes.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or maintaining a business application.

• Experience with integrations (endpoints, mappings, APIs).

• Understanding of Asset Management and/or Procurement processes, or willingness to learn.

• Experience with Maximo or MAS9 is an asset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
