Job Description:
This media leader will be responsible for developing and managing the executional comms plans across paid and owned media, content & data with the objective of implementing the cluster's data-driven ICP connection plans -
ranging from brand awareness through to engagement and conversion. You will work with the regional media, Brand & Content team and eCom teams as well as local cluster stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of integrated
brand plans, social and community management activities and key retailers. Your final goal is to ensure driving incremental NSV via the targeted activities, we implement across the Benelux/ ITR cluster.
This role will own the Benelux/ ITR cluster T&L plan supporting the regional T&L agenda. They will also lead key strategic projects on behalf of the regional media team (e.g. retail media trends, media as a growth lever). The media
lead has a critical responsibility of managing the total A&CP budget for the Benelux/ ITR cluster and driving visibility for both the cluster LT & regional team.
Qualification to a degree level or equivalent experience
Knowledge / Experience Media agency experience or relevant experience in-house at client is a must
Great written and verbal communication
Previous marketing/media/creative leadership experience
Using the regional comms strategies, develop the annual brand comms (OEP) executional plans to be aligned
with the regional portfolio/ media teams & signed off by the Benelux/ ITR cluster LT.
Lead the purpose agenda for Benelux/ ITRI cluster, driving consolidated plan, visibility on the changes and
evolving compliant communications plans with clear KPIs over time.
Member of European Regional Media Team, and OneDemand Performance Squads supporting development
and deploying best practise/ Test&Learns.
Support with Portfolio teams with developing culturally relevant executional comms plans ensuring the latest
media & tech landscape learnings are considered. Share latest best practice for producing effective ‘Fit for
Platform’ content. This includes supporting the regional team on capability building through content
test&learn.
Owns the execution of the in-year comms (OEP) execution plan with the agency team; supported by the cluster portfolio teams.
Drive ROI of media and responsible for managing the full A&CP budget & process cycle.
Provide Benelux/ ITR cluster direction and strategic input to the social media team.
Primary Benelux/ ITR cluster contact for EssenceMediacom relationship.
Part of the Benelux/ ITR marketing leadership team leading the function’s agenda.
No direct reports but indirect leadership to multiple stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Strategic Demand
