Who am I?I develop and organize medical teams training to guarantee operational excellence, manages Medical Business Academy implementation, and upskills whole organization on medical topics
My responsibilities:
Organizes training on products / services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment
Defines the continuing training plan
Implements and checks on training plan delivery
Designs and validates training tools and content
Manages and drives the training sessions
Selects teachers / coaches and training companies
Is in charge of Medical Business Academy roll out and implementation, working in close collaboration with HR learning department
Defines team objectives and follows-up, in line with Medical Management
Assesses team training needs
Defines educational objectives in line with brand / Divisional strategy
Writes the official specification for each training course
Monitors, assesses and carries out reporting on training
Ensures training in internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals
Upskills whole organization on medical topics
Carries out monitoring
Regularly updates content and implements innovative pedagogical methods
Ensures regulatory monitoring regarding mandatory training for targets

Ouridealcandidate has:
(Mandatory) A scientific background (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Physics, Chemistry etc…)
At least years of workexperience
Obtained a Master Degree, preferably with a scientific background (=not a must)
LDB knowledge and background
Fluent in English and native in either French or Dutch
