About the Role 
As a Senior Software Engineer you will be a key contributor in the development team of ProUnity, our enterprise platform used across multiple regions. The environment combines the flexibility of a Freelance Management Solution with the robustness of a Vendor Management Solution. You will work with modern patterns, mature engineering practices and a long term architectural vision. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning complex problems and partnering closely with product and business stakeholders. 

Your Key Responsibilities 
• Design and deliver scalable high performance software that meets enterprise standards 
• Provide technical direction on implementation choices and ensure long term maintainability 
• Break down complex requirements, create clarity and drive execution across the development cycle 
• Review and refine code with a focus on quality, sustainability and performance 
• Collaborate across engineering, product and business teams to align priorities and ensure smooth delivery 
• Contribute to architectural discussions, challenge assumptions and guide improvements rooted in best practice 
• Stay current with modern technologies and introduce improvements where they add value 
• Participate in international collaboration moments (NL, RO) approximately one or two times a year 

Nice to have 
• Advanced software design experience 
• Experience with Angular 19 or higher 
• Experience building SaaS or B2B platforms 

Your Profile 
• More than five years of experience in software engineering 
• Strong background in modern architectures and scalable systems 
• Deep experience with .NET Core, C Sharp, ASP.NET Core Web API and enterprise level application development 
• Strong experience with Entity Framework Core Code First and SQL Server 
• Skilled in Angular 16 or higher with the ability to work full stack when needed 
• Experience with DDD and CQRS or the ability to work effectively in these patterns 
• Comfortable with Git, NUnit, Moq and Agile Scrum 
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset 
• Analytical, structured and capable of navigating complex environments with confidence 
• Experience in HR tech or workforce platforms is a plus 
• English is required. Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
