Mulesoft Integration Consultant

The Role

As a MuleSoft Integration Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions across a variety of systems and APIs. You’ll collaborate with clients, product teams, and developers to deliver high-performance integration architectures that enable digital transformation for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  




• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
  




• Implement API-led connectivity principles to ensure scalable, reusable architectures.
  




• Configure and optimize MuleSoft components (API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, DataWeave, etc.).
  




• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Mule applications.
  




• Provide technical guidance and best practices for API management and integration governance.
  




• Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  




• Support pre-sales and project scoping efforts with technical insights when required.
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  




• 3+ years of experience in integration development, preferably with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  




• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation (DataWeave).
  




• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API security (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
  




• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and integration testing tools.
  




• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  




• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong plus.
  

Nice to Have:

• MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4) or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
  




• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or microservices architectures.
  




• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and startup culture.
