As a network technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide assistance with networking appliances with our cloud system, using the cloud application software, dealing with IT security issues and setting up and using our hardware and software. Through intensive training, we ensure that you, as a product specialist for our cloud application "ConnectedCooking", support customers and colleagues in solving problems. Your area of responsibility

• As an experienced network specialist, you will support our customers with questions about device networking in connection with our IoT cloud application
• You advise our key accounts on network and data security issues to enable the prerequisites for integrating devices into the various networks
• In close cooperation with development, product management and trainers, you are an essential building block for the continuous improvement and further development of our digital products and technologies
• Through targeted error analyses and the rapid initiation of solution measures, you will inspire customers and become a reliable advisor for colleagues
• You act as a network expert within the company and use your expertise to influence future products

Your profile

• You have completed training or a degree in the field of information technology or a comparable qualification
• You already have professional experience as a network technician or in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of network protocols, standards and technologies including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, WLAN, NAT, ACLs, security concepts and NAC 802.1x are part of your profile
• You have sound technical knowledge paired with consulting skills and the will to lead customers to success with their concerns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to also support customers abroad
• You work in a structured and independent manner, also in multicultural teams
• Occasional willingness to travel and good English skills round off your profile
