Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences?

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team.

This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, combining guest services with financial and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.



• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and ensure smooth guest service during the night shift.



• Respond efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and any concerns during overnight hours.



• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with established procedures.



• Prepare and distribute reports summarizing the hotel’s daily activities and financial transactions.



• Maintain the security and safety of the premises during the night shift.



• Address and manage any emergency situations in coordination with hotel management and security teams.



• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Profile

• Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional service that goes above and beyond.



• Charismatic communication skills, capable of effortlessly connecting with people from all walks of life.



• A natural flair for problem-solving and thinking on your feet.



• Fluency in English and French is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a delightful bonus.
