- In a dynamic start-up environment, you will maintain oversight and prioritize tasks
- You provide support across a variety of tasks, including creating reports, adjusting screen settings, applying for visas, resolving computer issues, reviewing invoices, and taking meeting notes
- You will manage priority tasks while implementing long-term strategies such as establishing procedures, policies, and partnerships.
- Work closely with communications, the events manager, HR, the CEO, program leads, and partners to align efforts and maintain focus on the company goals.

- Apart from excellent knowledge in French and English we are looking for someone with:
- Good skills inGoogle Suite, Coda, Navan, Canva, and Slack.
- Solid experience in office management, including international travel, event coordination, procurement, and IT support.
