As office manager , you will be responsible for:

• Managing meeting rooms
• Ordering office supplies
• Fleet management
• Facility coordination
• Supporting internal projects
• Internal communication
• Organization of internal events

• You have a bachelor's degree in office management, event management or another relevant field
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You have at least 3 years of experience in administration
• You have a good knowledge of Excel, Teams and Outlook
• You take initiatives, have a positive attitude and are autonomous
• You have a good team spirit and you are dynamic!
