Description

As an Online Sales Agent, you assist our online flight customers with ticket changes (voluntary and involuntary), special requests (seating, extra luggage, upgrades etc.), assistance with booking s and much more. You will be in daily contact with our customers from 8 different markets as well as many airlines from all over the Globe. You will be part of a dedicated Online T eam of six people who works closely together with other teams in the Company, most notably our Ticketing and Finance departments.

Qualifications

You are

• Structured and responsible
• Able to work in a highly efficient manner
• Able to keep calm when things are hectic
• Service-mindedand able to understand customer behavior
• Proactive
• Easy-going and with a good sense of humor
• A team-player, of course - but in many cases you will work end-to-end alone, so you must also be comfortable with working independently

You have

• Excellent English & Danish skills – both verbally and in writing
• Good IT skills (It is not a requirement, but it will be an advantage)
• Experience with GDS (we use Sabre, but any GDS experience is valuable)
• Experience with customer support
• Knowledge and understanding of delivering excellent customer experience
• A good, basic knowledge of geography
