Job Description

In a nutshell

As an On-site Support Engineer at Eurofins, you will join a dynamic team to deliver IT support by phone and directly to the customer’s desk on location throughout the BENELUX, UK and Ireland.

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

Based in Brussels, Belgium; you will support multiple business lines´ users and internal clients of a wide-range of levels to Leadership teams.

You will

Provide support to employee’s requests related to front-end systems such as desktops, laptops, fixed and mobile phones and applications.

Act as direct contact to our global IT teams which are responsible for requests relating to back-end systems, such as servers and networking.

Have the opportunity to work on various group-level projects throughout the aforementioned working locations.

Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

You have:

  • Experience with Desktop deployments and rollouts, upgrading to latest Windows clients, SCCM & Intune;
  • Experience in Office 365 environments: OneDrive, Teams etc.;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft end-user environment (Windows 10, MS Office etc.);
  • Good knowledge of mobile solution and devices (Android, iPhone, etc.);
  • Basic knowledge of networking (switches / patches / IP / Subnets);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • The ability to read, understand and create technical documentation of the delivered solutions;
  • The ability to travel throughout BENELUX, UK or Ireland up to 20%;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English;

What else should I know?:

The following skills are an advantage:

  • Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory;
  • Fluency in French is beneficial
