Key Responsibilities

• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track customer feedback and service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer experience strategies.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while embracing the vibrant culture and scenery of Greece.

• Fluency in Dutch (or a relevant language) is required; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software tools.
