Job Description - Operations lead/ business analist

  • Strong strategic mindset with hands-on approach
  • Broad experience in IVD, pharma,.. with quality exposure
  • Combines business, with organisational project management and production insights
  • Strong project manager with focus on tech transfer
  • Loves business process optimisation and management
  • Interested in life sciences, pharma, IV, biotech, (bio)chemistry, IT (automation/AI) & sustainability
  • Master’s degree in biochemical engineering & extra master in multilingual business communication.
  • 10 years of experience in life sciences, pharma & IVD industry
  • M. started his career in quality at pharma at Janssen and Pfizer.
  • Moved on to supply chain, production, manufacturing and tech transfer, given his operational and structured mindset.
    • QA Supply chain
    • Implementation and validation of SAP quality modules (CSV)
    • Cleaning validation
    • Tech transfer activities in the QC department
    • Process validation in vaccine manufacturing.
    • Process development, process and protocol optimisations, efficiency optimisations
  • Grew into project management & operational excellence at several IVD companies:
    • Process and efficiency improvements
    • Priority management, time management, stakeholder management, improvement actions, …
    • Recently led an integration project of two labs
    • Process optimisations & development
    • Logistic follow-up with internal & external stakeholders
    • Change management
  • Project management : AgilePM® , Lean 6 sigma Green Belt (will follow a black belt training in februari)
  • PMI
  • Experience within manufacturing and operations
