🧩 What you’ll do

As an Operations Technician – Bioservices, you’ll be responsible for executing material kitting, labeling, packaging, and cleanroom operations in a GMP-compliant environment. You’ll work closely with Program Managers and Quality teams to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling kits and printing labels according to client specifications

• Performing material transfers, cleanroom cleaning, and environmental monitoring

• Completing batch records and documentation in real time

• Supporting deviation investigations and SOP updates

• Ensuring material availability and assisting with QA tasks

• Participating in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Acting as a backup for cryopreservation operations when needed

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our kits are prepared with precision and care, supporting the delivery of advanced therapies.

🧠 What we’re looking for

• A secondary school diploma (higher education is a plus)

• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP/GxP environment

• Experience with material kitting and cleanroom operations

• Fluent in French; English is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with documentation systems

• Physically able to lift/carry up to 20kg and handle cryogenic containers

• Ready to work in three shifts
