• Advising leadership teams: Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on change management best practices and market trends, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to navigate and lead transformation efforts effectively.
  


• Designing and implementing innovative solutions: Create and drive strategies to deliver sustainable change across the organization—whether through workshops, strategic communication, or new operational frameworks.
  


• Leading change programs: You will oversee and direct various change programs, working across teams to ensure the initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in organizational transformation, leadership alignment, and stakeholder management within a consulting or change management context.
  


• A strong background in management consulting and account management, with experience in guiding organizations through major transformations.
  


• A true passion for guiding organizations through change and a commitment to making a lasting impact.
