Job Description - Outbound Lead

We’re Cuez by TinkerList, a Belgium-based scale-up looking for an Outbound Lead . We entered a new, thrilling scale-up phase with room for experimentation, adventure, and hyper-growth. As the Outbound Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our outbound sales culture and strategy.

If so, this is the perfect role for you.

This job is NOT for you if:

  • You prefer leading from a distance—this role will require you to help building, not just overseeing.
  • You dislike change and see it as a barrier rather than an opportunity for growth.
  • You hate the idea of visiting TV-show sets, sports events, and newsroom galleries.

CORE ASSIGNMENTS

  • Develop Targeted Strategies: Create innovative outbound sales strategies to engage high-value prospects. You’ll receive a lot of creative freedom to implement the strategy.
  • Lead Execution: Oversee cold calling, email campaigns, and outreach sequences to generate leads.
  • Personalized Outreach: Identify key segments and tailor outreach to boost engagement and conversions. There will be room to experiment to find out what works best.
  • Build a Multi-Channel Engine: Develop scalable pipeline generation using email, calls, social, video, and events.
  • Coaching: Coach SDRs and AEs, focusing on outreach, lead qualification, and performance goals.
  • Stay Hands-On: Actively participate in sales activities, including handling major deals and attending industry events.
  • Set & Monitor KPIs: Define performance metrics for the sales team, tracking individual and team progress.
  • Collaborate on GTM Plans: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align outbound sales with go-to-market strategies. We believe in close collaboration, not in separate islands.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage and track the outbound pipeline, ensuring lead qualification and accurate reporting.

  • Experience: Proven success as an Account Executive with at least 2 years of leading SDR teams is preferred. While SDR experience is a must, we do not want to turn this into a purely executional role: we want you to lead a team as wel as building a scalable sales flow.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to coach and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Data-driven mindset: analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Tools: Strong understanding of sales development tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, Common Room, …). An open mind is the most important.
  • Creativity: Develop and execute creative outbound strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Curiosity: Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to change.

  • Industry Knowledge: Affinity with media or broadcast production.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
  • Experience selling to technical leaders (e.g., Directors of Technology, CTOs) and generating both inbound and outbound pipelines.

LOCATION

This role does require you to be Belgium-based and pop into our lively office in Leuven (De Hoorn) at least 2 days/week.
