The HR & Payroll Consultant will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients.
As a Payroll Consultant, you will be reporting to HR & Payroll Supervisor, and you will be supported for growth by more senior colleagues and TMF Business Academy.

Key Responsibilities  

Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;

Hold client meetings and conference calls, act as an advisor;

Be responsible for a client portfolio assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios;

Affiliation of international clients

Daily communication with international clients

Processing payroll based on input received

Providing required output documents

Assistance with local legislation

Responsible for the Dimona declaration of joiners

Calculation of settlements for leavers

Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards governmental bodies;

Assist with projects to build on the HRP department's daily operations;

About you

Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French

Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

Experience working with Prisma (payroll system) is a plus

Be able to work remotely and keep good contact with TMF colleagues
