Job Description - PLM Service Support Leader

Your role


You will lead, mentor, and manage the PLM support team, fostering a positive and productive work environment and a culture of continuous improvement and change.


Oversee daily support operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.


You will develop and implement support strategies and policies aligned with company goals, set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations


Ensure the integrity, security, and quality of data within the PLM system. Implement data governance practices to maintain data consistency and accuracy liaising with Key Users and PLM Data Team.


You will act as the point of contact and communicate effectively with the PLM users, key users, Atlas Copco Group IT, external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, ideally in PLM domain with Dassault Systèmes technologies, and with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.

  • Proficiency with support software and tools like Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Good understanding of the technical aspects of the products and services supported ( 3Dx PLM platform, Enovia, Catia, Autodesk Inventor, ...)
