Portfolio & Project Governance

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Portfolio & Project Governance to join our UniQue team in Mons.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Actively contribute to the coordination, review and finalization of the yearly service rates inputs.
• Ensure effort in the Service Rates are comprehensive, well-structured, and align with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant input and data.
• Assist in the preparation and facilitation of governance meetings, including drafting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
• Support the implementation of governance policies, standards, and practices.
• Monitor and report on governance-related metrics and performance indicators.
• Prepare the necessary reporting binder for review in matter of Portfolio and Projects status.
• Translate technical updates into compelling and understandable narratives for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of processes, decisions, and recommendations.
• Assist in continuously reviewing and improving processes.
• Assist in managing and provide monitoring, reporting and maintenance on agreed project/service/resource Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and inform the Management on any recognized anomalies and assist in taking corrective actions.
• Deputize for higher grades staff, if required.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline & 3 years of related work experience (or a secondary school qualification & 5 years of related experience).
• Hold Prince2 or PMP or ITIL Intermediate level certification is considered an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge of project, portfolio and programme management area.
• Expert knowledge in MS Excel, incl. Pivot, connections to external data sources and Macros
• Strong expertise in MS PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
• Sound knowledge and experience in the use of other Microsoft office products (e.g. Word, Access, OneNote, etc.)
• Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment
• Excellent skills and the ability to translate technical updates into storytelling
• Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff.
• Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management processes is an advantage.
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements is a plus.
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT is considered an advantage.
• Hold a NATO security clearance.
• Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level.
