The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the accuracy of pricing processes across multiple channels. This position is responsible for managing pricing tools, maintaining price lists, and optimizing pricing conditions to maximize profitability and competitiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross functional collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include

Product Pricing Process

• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies across all product categories.
• Ensure pricing aligns with market positioning, competitive landscape, and business objectives.
• Maintain and update product pricing structures based on cost changes, market trends, and company policies.

Promotool Management

• Manage and update promotions within the company’s Promotool system.
• Ensure promotional pricing is accurately reflected across all sales channels.
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and provide data-driven recommendations.

Pricelist Management

• Maintain and update price lists for all products and customer segments.
• Ensure timely distribution of updated price lists to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with category managers and sales teams to align pricing with business goals.
• Maintain master data

Price Conditions Management

• Implement and monitor standard and customer-specific price conditions
• Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and margin targets.
• Analyze price condition effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Project Conditions & Expiring Conditions

• Track and manage special project pricing conditions.
• Ensure that expiring conditions are reviewed and updated in a timely manner.
• Work closely with sales and category teams to manage contract renewals and adjustments.

Spare Parts Pricing Process

• Maintain and update pricing for spare parts, ensuring alignment with overall pricing strategy.
• Monitor spare parts pricing trends and analyze cost structures.
• Support supply chain and after-sales teams with spare parts pricing optimization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze pricing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Post promo analyses
• Provide regular reports on price competitiveness, margin performance, and promotional impact.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with category management, sales, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Support internal teams with pricing-related inquiries and requests.
• Ensure alignment between pricing policies and overall business strategy.

Minimum requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in pricing analysis, finance, or a similar data-driven role.
• A sharp analytical mind and solid command of Excel, BI tools, SAP and other data analysis platforms, numbers are your second language.
• Experience working with pricing systems, promotools, and RPA platforms.
• A solid grasp of pricing models, discount frameworks, and promotional strategies.
• Detail-obsessed and solution-oriented, you catch the small stuff while always keeping the big picture in mind.
• Strong communicator and a natural collaborator, you’re just as comfortable deep-diving into data as you are explaining insights to cross-functional teams.
