Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical-Commercial Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Knowliah. As a Technical-Commercial Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers to understand their needs and translate the product strategy into actionable plans.

Tasks

●Translate the product strategy into a comprehensive product roadmap and prioritize
product development.
● Assist in defining research projects and address product-related inquiries.
● Support RFPs and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
● Steer communication flows to existing customers, providing advice on technical
issues.
● Deliver training materials and offer guidance on "how to" questions from customers.
● Participate in defining marketing communication plans and campaigns.
● Provide functional specifications and document Release Notes.

Requirements

●Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 8 years of experience in
product management.
● Knowledge of the legaltech and/or information management market is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Dutch and French.
● Strong analytical abilities and a holistic approach to problem-solving.
● Proficient in commercial writing, particularly in English.
● Broad technological knowledge and a passion for software solutions.
● Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
● Willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies and market trends.
