For our Neuromodulation division, we are recruiting a Product Manager Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS). The Product Manager DBS is responsible for the tactical execution of marketing and business programs to ensure continued growth of the movement disorders business franchise. This includes responsibility for the development of product launch plans and launch execution and planning of therapy development programs to meet business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Works in partnership with Neuromodulation sales leadership and the global marketing team to support creation of marketing business plans for assigned products.
Develops appropriate strategies and plans in order to monitor and respond to changes in the market place, competitors, and performance versus objectives by major geography.
Partner with sales management to secure necessary alignment with sales teams
Execute Quarterly Plan of Action meetings including strategy and content development
Plans and prepares product launches in cooperation with the global marketing team and facilitates implementation throughout relevant markets
Develops and maintains relationships with key opinion leaders
Provides marketing support for key international and regional Neuromodulation congresses
30% international travel is required
Education and Competencies:
Strong international marketing experience
Experience in DBS
Analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
Strong influence management skills
Project Management
Product Launch experience
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English (any additional language is an asset)
