About the job

As Product Owner, you will be the key player who connects the product, our design and development teams, and client success. You like to buckle down, get your hands dirty and take ownership of multiple aspects of our product.

You will...

• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear, actionable user stories for the development team.
• Own, maintain, and refine the product backlog to ensure it consistently reflects current priorities and business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the engineering team during sprints: clarify requirements, answer questions, and accept or reject completed work.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and feedback are captured and acted upon.
• Use performance data and user feedback to identify areas for product improvement and inform backlog priorities.
• Make day-to-day decisions that maximize product value while aligning with broader business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage project budgets and resources while balancing client expectations with business objectives
• Advocate for the product vision, ensuring each release delivers measurable value to users and the business.
