Who We Are Looking For

For our expanding European market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner based in Belgium (Hybrid - Ieper or Leuven) with an interest in becoming the domain specialist for workforce compliance in the Logistics industry. You will bridge customer and market needs by thoroughly analyzing evolving legal and customer requirements – with business strategy and technical execution.

You'll own the product backlog of a Scrum-based team, define requirements derived from deep understanding of the rules as well as the product, and collaborate closely with the Agile teams (Engineering, UI/UX Design, and QA/Testing), product management, and local stakeholders. Success requires becoming the domain expert in compliance regulations, technical understanding, and excellent communication to align teams and deliver solutions that optimize customer workflows.

Essential Responsibilities

• Study & analyze legal and market requirements to spot product gaps.


• Own & Prioritize the team backlog, linking features directly to business value.


• Translate roadmap items & improvements into clear, actionable user stories.


• Champion operational needs within Agile teams & guide effective sprint delivery.


• Manage release readiness (comms, docs) for new features & process changes.


• Monitor product impact on commercial goals and build strong stakeholder relationships.


• Attend and prepare demos, presentations, customer boards 

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Domain Expert (Workforce Compliance) in software/SaaS environments.


• Expertise in Agile backlog management, requirements gathering & prioritization.


• Strong collaborator with excellent communication, team-work & problem-solving abilities. 


• Experience in Workforce Compliance, Pre-Payroll and Reporting processes or Tachograph related regulations is highly beneficial.


• Global or multi-regional experience is an advantage; a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.


• Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA (up to 20%) and regularly to our office in Villeneuve, France; fluent French and English required. A good understanding of Dutch is preferred.
