Job Description - Production Operator CRF

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a cleanroom or controlled work environment (pharmaceutical and/or nuclear sector).
  • Experience in working with hot cell equipment or telemanipulators will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative style in day-to-day work while motivating others.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, with a degree of independence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and set priorities.
  • Flexibility with regard to working hours, as working in a discontinuous two-shift system is required upon start-up of production and possible evolution to a full-time system.
