Develop operational plans in the most optimal and economic manner, considering various preconditions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, showcasing strong communication skills. Maintain regular contact with clients in the UK, NL, BE and FR.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency and address any on-site challenges.
Work closely with the operations team, reporting directly to the DBM Operations manager.
Support the operations Manager in implementing continuous cost control measures and optimizing fleet and business processes.
Engineering degree or experience in a related field.
Genuine interest in the world of DEME Building Materials.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work from our HQ in Zwijndrecht, Belgium.
Interest in supply chain and planning.
Effective collaboration in a team, ensuring seamless integration between stakeholders.
Fluency in Dutch and English; French proficiency is a plus.
