Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects across the energy sector.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including regulators, distribution system operators (DSOs), and internal business teams.
Assist in managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting activities.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and project progress.
Support business and technical teams throughout project implementation phases.
Contribute to internal delivery streams and assist senior project managers with governance and execution activities.
Monitor project performance and help drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and/or French, alongside English.
Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar delivery-focused role.
An interest in the energy sector, including transmission and distribution networks, regulatory environments, or infrastructure projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and build positive working relationships.
Well-organised with strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business, regulatory, and operational requirements.Location & Working Pattern
Based in Brussels, Belgium.
