You have at least 5 years of experience working in retail as well as experience in people management As a people leader, you love being a role-model, who inspires and motivates others, and lives by our values: We dream, we care, we dare and we deliver You have a driver’s license You know how to successfully run a store with a clear focus on excellent customer service With your hands-on and solution-oriented mentality, you are motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Having excellent communication skills, you are fluent in Dutch, French and English You are experienced in working with KPI’s, analyzing data and retail reporting You shine with your strong result oriented, pragmatic and structured way of working We CARE - what you can expect:
