Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent junior in Netcompany? 

As an Application Support Agent junior you will:

• Provide user guidance and support for the use of information systems and ICT tools
• Follow up on incidents related to information systems
• Handle and monitor user requests
• Analyze, report, and follow up on bugs
• Draft user documentation for information systems
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base content

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• Experience in end-user support for information systems
• Solid general IT knowledge
• Familiarity with wikis, collaborative platforms, and ticketing systems
• Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable participating in multilingual meetings
• Strong team spirit with a detail-oriented and structured approach
• Adaptability to multicultural, international environments within large-scale projects
• High level of discretion and integrity due to the sensitive nature of the data involved
