🧩 What you’ll be doing
🛠️ Drive the Day-to-Day
● Keep the claims engine running smoothly — monitor daily operations and ensure claims are handled like clockwork.
● Support your team with technical expertise and decision-making guidance.
● Review, approve, and quality-check claims, ensuring fairness and consistency.
● Allocate workloads, balance priorities, and ensure we’re always meeting our SLAs & KPIs.

● Coach and energize your team to be their best — every single day.

✅ What You Bring
● 5+ years of experience in insurance (carrier, broker, MGA or TPA)
● Hands-on experience in claims handling and people management
● Fluent English (bonus points for other European languages!)
● Solid digital literacy – especially with Google Workspace
● A sharp eye for detail and a cool head under pressure
