Job Description - Customer Service Dutch + English

Dutch-speaking professionals now have the chance to step into a secure, rewarding Customer Service role in Sofia, a role that blends language skills, international exposure, and financial stability.

This isn't just traditional customer service. You'll act as a trusted partner for Dutch-speaking clients, handling inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy. Whether resolving product-related concerns, guiding customers through processes, or ensuring smooth issue resolution, you will be the voice of excellence that clients rely on. With English as a secondary working language, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues and management, creating a seamless team dynamic.
