• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through remote channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
• Document interactions and customer feedback meticulously in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with your team to improve service processes and client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer satisfaction.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
