Job Description - Customer Success Coordinator

About us - Curewiki transforms the medical research landscape into a patient-centric ecosystem that fosters groundbreaking discoveries and empowers individuals to take control of their health. We aim to change patient participation in clinical research by providing information, opportunities, and support.

About the Role

As Customer Success Coordinator, you will support Curewiki’s clients and patient organization partners in successfully onboarding, using, and benefiting from the platform. You will help manage communication, monitor progress, and ensure every collaboration translates into visible results—whether that’s patient registrations, study activations, or partner engagement.

This is a detail-driven role for someone who enjoys coordinating people and data, balancing empathy with execution, and contributing to meaningful outcomes in a fast-growing startup.

  • Serve as a trusted contact for clients and partners, supporting their long-term success
  • Coordinate structured onboarding and training for new users and organizations
  • Promote platform engagement using data and insights
  • Identify and resolve challenges in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor client progress and communicate impact clearly and consistently
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) in English, Dutch, and French
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and adaptability
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to health equity, digital inclusion, and user-centered service
  • Fully remote and asynchronous way of working to support work/life integration. Please note that we only hire applicants, living in Belgium.
