Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Classify and assess content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights into content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance moderation processes.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
