Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a skilled Dutch Reservations Agent to support AirBnB clients with their booking needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work from the beautiful country of Greece, with paid relocation assistance provided. In this role, you will manage Dutch-speaking customer reservations for AirBnB, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with AirBnB reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide clear and accurate information about available properties, pricing, amenities, and local guidelines.
• Process reservation requests accurately and confirm details promptly with customers.
• Handle and resolve any booking-related inquiries or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and bookings using CRM systems.
• Stay updated with AirBnB policies, travel trends, and property offerings to deliver the best customer experience.

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); English skills are a plus.
• Experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry, preferably with AirBnB or similar platforms.
• Strong interest in travel and knowledge of accommodation options.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills tailored to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
