Key Responsibilities

• Present our services effectively and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from appointment setting to sales discussions.
• Provide feedback on lead quality to help refine our outreach strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with prospects.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English skills are an advantage.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and appointments.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other office software.
