Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate any inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations for content improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize moderation processes and enhance user experience.
• Maintain detailed documentation of moderated content and decisions made.
• Stay updated on trends related to content moderation and community standards.
• Participate actively in team discussions to share insights and improve moderation practices.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on user experience.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
