This important role is designed to ensure that our Dutch-speaking clients receive superior support and service, fostering lasting customer relationships and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Dutch-speaking customers, providing support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns that arise.
• Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to the overall customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to implement solutions that boost customer happiness.
• Keep updated on product knowledge to provide insightful support and recommendations to customers.
• Foster a positive team dynamic by sharing ideas and participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail when managing customer interactions.
