Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the financial sector through phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries regarding financial products and services with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to effectively assist customers.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in regular training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and uphold high standards of service.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in customer service or the financial sector is highly desirable.
